Sixty-one countries
Hi, I’m Tauseef Ahmed, Founder & CEO of Coffee@Cafe.
I’ve travelled to 61 countries, and every journey has left a
little something behind — a memory, a perspective, a story.
61
countries
travelled
But among all the places I visited, it was the cafés that
stayed with me the longest.
02
The cafés that stayed
From cosy little cafés tucked away on quiet streets to vibrant
coffee houses filled with conversations, laughter and life, I
discovered that a great café is about much more than what’s in
the cup. It’s about the feeling it creates.
03
The craft behind the cup
And somewhere along the way, my appreciation for coffee grew
into something deeper.
I became fascinated by the craft behind every cup — the aroma
of freshly ground beans, the precision of espresso, the
patience of pour-over, the richness of a French press, and the
many brewing methods that transform the same humble bean into
entirely different experiences.
Each method has its own character, its own rhythm, and its own
way of bringing out the beauty of coffee. I loved discovering
those differences, understanding the process, and appreciating
how much passion and care goes into a truly great cup.
04
A dream takes shape
That passion, together with my love for travel, began to shape
a dream.
I wanted to create a café that carried the same feeling I had
discovered around the world — a place where people could slow
down, connect, enjoy great coffee, and perhaps create a memory
of their own.
A place where coffee would not simply be served, but
appreciated.
05
The long road
Building that dream was not easy. There were challenges,
uncertainties, and moments when it felt like the destination
was still far away. But I kept going.
06
The day it came together
And then came the day I finally stood inside my own café.
The aroma of freshly brewed coffee filled the air. The space
around me reflected inspirations gathered from places I had
travelled. The details, the atmosphere, the design —
everything suddenly came together.
And in that moment, I realised something.
Coffee@Cafe was more than a café.
It was a collection of my journeys, my experiences, my
memories, and my passion for coffee — from the bean to the
brew, from the craft to the cup — brought together under one
roof.
Every cup we serve carries a little piece of that journey.
And every person who walks through our doors becomes a part of
it.
